Due to ongoing industry requests, the ManuFlo ME6000 Batch Monitor Printer Driver Unit has been updated and re-designed as the new ME6008M, which can monitor and print up to 8 channels of admixture or water and provide a QA batch printout, for use in manual concrete batch plants. The ME6008M has been designed to interface from Flowmeters or Batch Controllers to serial printers (or to PCs via Hyperlink software), and will provide automatic end of batch printing, and datalogging of at least 500 batch events. Grand Totals and the batch history can also be printed (or dumped to a PC) on demand. All records are time stamped from the unit’s Real Time Clock, and have a Batch Number ID. The ME6008M is simple to install - it is the same size as the ME995-series Batch Controllers, and has the same cutout. We can also supply a LX300+II dot matrix printer for the batch and log printouts. The ME6008M is fully programmable, and the user can set parameters including K-Factors (i.e. pulses/Litre, to scale the pulses received from each attached flowmeter). See http://www.manuelectronics.com.au/pdfs/ME6008M.pdf for datasheet. |
