Our ME995 series panel mount preset batch controllers are manufactured in a range of models, including Dosage rate dispensing or volumetric quantity units. The ME995 models with K-factor, can be used with a wide range of pulse-output flow meters. The ME995 series are extensively used by the leading construction additive chemical companies for dispensing via flow metering their liquid additive products onsite at Concrete pre-mix productions plants. This also includes water batching in the plants. The batch controllers are also used in many other industrial processes.

ME995 Preset Batch Controllers

  • Designed for simplicity of operation, installation and service. 

  • Very reliable units, with earlier 1975 models still in use over 25 years later. 

  • Features include: 

    • Visual rotary batch selector knobs.

    • red LED numeric display.

    • batch safety features.

    • audible & visual alarm conditions. 

  • Power supply: 220-260VAC standard. Optional 110vac or 12-24VDC.

  • Power supply to flow meters: 12VDC. 

  • Pulse input (NPN or Contact Closure), upto 5 kHz. 

  • Optional amplifier input for coil meters. 

  • Optional external command PLC/computer outputs available.

HB series - housings & enclosures for ME995/ME3000 series batch controllers

If not panel mounting ME995 batch controllers, then for indoor environments the SHB single and DHB double boxes are used for mounting the controllers. The boxes are made from fabricated sheet metal with black powder coated paint finish. The boxes come with a range of optionally pre-wired control contactors ( rated to 4Kw), with terminal or plug-in entries in 240 or 110 VAC for driving 1hp pumps.

The HB2500 enclosure is rated to IP65 for housing ME995 batch controllers in outdoor, washdown or excessive dust environments. Also available with pre-wired control options or external command heavy-duty push button functions.

ME3000- Batch Controller with optional Print/Monitor Control
   

  • The ME3000 is interchangeable with our existing ME188/ME995 series Batch Controllers.
  • optional RS232/485 serial connector for ticket printer output (date/time/batch) for delivery trucks etc.

ME6000M- Monitor, Logger

  • The ME6000M batch monitor is ideal for data logging of upto 6 different flowmeters simultaneously, and for quality assurance batch reports with date/time/history data.

  • For manual non-computerised batch plants.

  • Mainly used with ManuFlo ME-series preset batch controllers, providing automatic end-of-batch event printing via serial interface to an Epson LX300 serial printer. 

  • The system is 240vac powered, with optional 12vdc supply to flowmeters.

ME8000 - Remote Tank Level Monitoring System

ME8000
  • automates inventory and supply of chemical stock levels on multiple sites. 
  • time stamps every batch quantity, and records last 1000 operations - ideal for traceability of batches.
  • remotely verifies site tank levels and status, from an office PC location and in the field via mobile phones.
