ME2008, UIC & ME5IC - interface cards for flowmeter to PLC communications

A range of products used for pulse scaling, conditioning and conversion of flowmeter pulse outputs. They provide an interface to PLC/Computer inputs.

ME2008 interface safety batch counter management units can be used with almost any type or size of pulse output flowmeters (up to 8 flowmeters can interface to each ME2008). The ME2008 incorporates sophisticated additional safety features to the overall industrial computer batching systems in pre-mix concrete plants, when using flowmeters. ME2008 has multiple dot-matrix LCD with full message and display functions. Fully programmable to suit specific applications.

UIC interface cards provide pulse scaling for a large range of flowmeters, allowing use and calibration with varied PLC input voltages and signal variations.

ME5IC interface cards are used for interface between Manu ME-series Batch Controllers and PLC computer batch systems.

ME5IC-5	5 channel interface card, with pulse dividers, and various I/O voltage options for communications between Manu ME995/ME188 batch controllers and Industrial computer batch system (5-24 VDC, 24-240 VAC).

FRT303, ME5 series - Flow Rate/Totaliser Indicators, Counters

FRT instruments provide dual instantaneous flowrate indication and total accumulation. FRTs are available with external or battery powered supplies and can be matched to most pulse output flowmeters. Ideal for monitoring liquid flow rates and dosing applications, while providing a running total. Display readings available in a range of engineering notations. All units are housed in IP65 or IP67 enclosures.

Our ME5 series totaliser units are available in many forms, some with K-factor pulse selection, making them compatible with most pulse flowmeters. Counter units with dual LCD display total and reset, in IP65 enclosures powered by internal battery or external power. LCD panel mount types.

ME5-T	5 digit LCD reset Total indicator in IP66 enclosure. Fully programmable. External 5-12VDC power supply options. K-factor input for use with most flowmeters.
ME5-F	5 digit LCD flowrate indicator in IP66 enclosure. Fully programmable. External 5-12VDC power supply options. K-factor input for use with most flowmeters.
ME7	8 digit LCD reset counter panel mount module, lithium powered, for reed pulse flowmeters (1 pulse / 1 count).

NDU - Dosing controller

Designed for dosing of liquid nutrients into livestock water supplies.

A 6 digit LCD totaliser monitors total water. Input pulse conditioning for use with most flowmeters, input accepts coil, contact closure or NPN, scaling allows contact trigger from 1-99 litres and dose pump time from 1-10 seconds. Ideal for primary users.
