Manu Electronics manufactures a range of reliable and cost effective pulse output and digital resetable flowmeters. To supplement our manufactured products, a selected range of externally manufactured flowmeters are supported. This allows us to offer flowmeters to suit most liquid measurement applications. Choose from the following range: |
MES Nutating Disc positive displacement flowmeters | ||||||||
MES meters are primarily used in the measurement of concrete
construction additives, and have established themselves as the leading
flowmeter in this field throughout Australasia. The meters are also used
in a wide range of other process industry applications. Temperature rating
is to 50°C.
The MES range of flowmeters are nutating disc measurement meters. The disc principle allows small particles to pass the chamber without blockage, with low headlosses compared to other positive displacement meters. MES meters can be mounted in any position without affecting calibration. The measurement chamber is rated for over 25 years measurement life of the measurement chamber with clean water, while a 15 year life is expected for water-based non-corrosive chemicals. Available with the following pulse options: Transistor pulse; Reed switch contact closure. The high rate of pulses proportional to volume, make the MES pulse output models ideal for high precision batching and flow rate indication applications. Digital resetable LCD totaliser display counters can be used for portable manual batching. | ||||||||

MEA15, PSM Rotary Piston positive displacement flowmeters |
MEA15 flowmeters are for very low flows and various water-based chemical applications. The MEA15 mechanical totaliser version operates to 90° C. |

PSM flowmeters are designed for the measurement of cold potable water. They have a long maintenance-free life, are accurate, and are highly resistant to tampering. An optional pulse output is available. | |
