RPFS & MRP-type Paddlewheel flowmeters
Rota Pulse Insertion Flow Sensors and MRP-type resetable screwed insertion flowmeters offer economic measurement of liquid in standard pipe sizes from 20 to 150 mm (optionally upto 1000 mm). Ideal for measuring a wide range of low viscosity liquids for medium to high flow ranges. 

RPFS models are extensively used for water batching in pre-mix concrete plants, irrigation and many other applications. See the RPFS Application Guide (161 kB) for pulse output and min/max flowrate calculations.

MRP models are constructed of gun-metal to handle rugged applications and used on mobile concrete truck agitators and slumpstands, or any other batch recording requiring reset of total.

Available in pulse output and digital resetable counter models. Powered by a 7-10 year internal Lithium Battery.

With only one moving part and limited intrusion into the pipe, accurate measurement and low maintenance is assured.
